I had a great experience with Barrett & Barrett. Mike was punctual and extremely knowledgeable. I was having a lot of issues with my Nest heating system and originally paid for a diagnostic assessment—which took about three hours— with another company. Mike came and in about 30 minutes was able to diagnose and fix the issue with my system. He also helped me understand how my HVAC system works and was generally a pleasant human, even checking in with me to make sure I had heat! Will absolutely hire them again.

I can’t even tell you how much this company has helped me out when I needed it. Yes on both the hottest and coldest days of the year he’s been to my house. Last week we had high WINDS which apparently blew out my pilot light on my hot water tank... he came out and looked at that too!!!

Hands down the best experience you will ever have with a heating and air service! These guys use high tech equipment & "old school" know how to get the job done. I was amazed to watch them work...and they explained to me what they were doing and why it needed to be done!
I'm not gonna tell you hat they are the absolute lowest price in town but I will tell you that they do not believe in bait & switch, they are straight up guys and when they leave you WILL have a working unit! I have used them for years and I have always found their prices to be fair for the service provided but most important - they know what they are doing!
Don't make the mistake of always going for the lowest price...ask some questions...find our if the company you are talking to knows what they are doing. If they don't want to explain anything to you...well that is a ted flag!
